020 7898 0500- The Canadian dollar performed well on Monday after the release of positive housing data. The positive figures were based around the improvement on the amount of building permits.
- Over in Turkey we saw the lira plummet to an all-time low against the US dollar after the country’s incumbent Justice and Development party lost its parliamentary majority after thirteen years in charge.
- The New Zealand dollar saw a slight improvement against the US dollar, but due to the gains made by the positive unemployment data out of the US on Friday, the New Zealand currency remained near a four-and-a-half-year low.
