- The Australian dollar had a poor week as it lost more than three percent against the majority of its peers. This would be the worst week for the Australian dollar in more than a year. Against the US Dollar it was almost at a six month low earlier on in the week. Against the pound, however, it has shifted back up to just over the 1.80 mark. This week will be important for the Australian dollar as growth figures are released on Wednesday.
- On Thursday the Norwegian central bank will vote on whether they want to change the interest rate, which is currently at 1.5%.
